Using JobPilot

JobPilot is a hiring platform connecting candidates and employers without intermediaries. By using the platform you agree not to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or open roles, and to treat other users with respect.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account. Don't share credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you put on JobPilot — candidate profiles, workspace pages, job posts. You grant us a licence to display it for the purpose of running the platform.

Termination

Either party can end this agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
